Legal Services Intern
To provide legal support in trusteeship services for Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), with a focus on review and vetting of legal documents, undertaking due diligence processes, preparing trustee declarations and undertakings, and coordinating the physical filing of AIF applications with SEBI.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Review and vet Trust Deeds, Contribution Agreements, Investment Management Agreements (IMA), and Private Placement Memorandums (PPM) from the trusteeship compliance perspective.
Ensure that all documents are in line with SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012 and applicable laws including the Indian Trusts Act.
Verify KYC documentation, background checks, and regulatory status to ensure transparency and risk mitigation.
