Technology Support Coordinator

Manage and maintain the PaaS infrastructure to ensure consistent availability and performance.
Ensure compliance with security and performance standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Analyse platform usage data to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
Stay updated on emerging PaaS technologies and trends to recommend improvements.
Lead and build the platform support team and own daytoday platform support operations.
Establish a centralized platform support function in India.
Take ownership of L1/L2 support, allowing development teams to focus on product work.
Build strong documentation, knowledge bases, and support processes.
Act as a communication bridge between users, developers, and global stakeholders.
Lay the foundation for a new, unified support platform.
A successful PaaS Platform Support Lead should have:
Strong technical expertise in platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions.
Proven experience in managing and supporting technology platforms.
A background in the professional services or consultancy industry is preferred.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and performance standards for platforms.
