Business Development Executive (Sales)

Business Development: Drive group insurance business growth through existing and new tie-ups. Provide training product awareness and support to partner staff. Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets for group credit life products. Track partner performance and ensure achievement of productivity benchmarks. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales onboarding and servicing activities comply with IRDAI and internal guidelines. Oversee accurate and timely documentation and MIS reporting. Claim Support: Coordinate with operations and claims team to ensure smooth claim processing for partners. In-depth knowledge of life insurance and group credit life products Strong relationship management and negotiation skills Analytical mindset with problem-solving ability Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple partners and deliver under deadline I
