Job Title: CAM Programmer – PowerMill Location: Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical or related)
Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize CNC programs using PowerMill CAM software
- Create accurate machining programs from CAD models, blueprints, and drawings
- Plan 3D toolpaths, machining strategies, and CNC operations
- Select suitable tooling, machining parameters, and setups
- Troubleshoot programming, machining, and production issues
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and toolroom teams to improve efficiency and quality
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in CAM programming using PowerMill
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining, 3D toolpaths, and machining strategies
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and CAD data
- Experience in VMC / 5-axis programming is an added advantage
- Good problem-solving skills and understanding of machining parameters
- Willingness to work closely with shop-floor teams
Shift Details:
Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Shift 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
General Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
