The Hotel General Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day activities of the hotel, creating and maintaining budgets, supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing food and beverage service. The role also focuses on implementing strategies to drive business growth, maintain service excellence, and uphold brand standards.

Proven expertise in General Management and Business Management, showcasing leadership and decision-making skills
Strong abilities in Customer Service to ensure guest satisfaction and address customer needs effectively
Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning to optimize hotel performance and oversee profit and loss
Experience in managing Food & Beverage operations to ensure quality, standards, and guest expectations are met
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
Previous managerial experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
