Field Sales & Marketing Executive – Campus Outreach Key Responsibilities
Promote offerings to students via live demos and on-ground campaigns
Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
Build relationships with college authorities for campus access and events
Recruit, train, and support student Campus Ambassadors (AMBs)
Drive app downloads and registrations among students
Collect and submit accurate market data and feedback
Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports
Skills Required
Proven sales ability with strong communication and presentation skills
Experience in on-ground marketing and event execution
Comfortable with mobile apps, digital tools, and reporting software
Good at data collection, organisation, and analysis
Team player with ability to manage AMBs effectively
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Fluency in local language/s and English
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
KPIs
