Education: Mechanical Engineering | MBA is an advantage
Experience: 2–4 Years
We are looking for a Sales Engineer / Senior Engineer with strong experience in B2B sales, capital goods, industrial equipment, and process cooling/HVAC solutions .
The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, commercial understanding, and strong customer relationship management abilities .

Develop and implement effective B2B sales and marketing strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Identify prospective customers and generate high-quality sales leads through market research, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct customer meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
- Follow up with prospects after initial meetings and drive opportunities through the complete sales cycle.
- Handle commercial discussions, negotiations, payment follow-ups, and collections.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on business pipelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term account relationships.
Technically sound in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics domains
Confident in customer-facing and B2B sales roles
Good at negotiation and commercial discussions
Comfortable with extensive travel across India
Experienced in industrial / capital goods sales
