Regional sales Directors

Full-time

Exponent Energy

This team runs on coffee with an infectious passion for building products that have never been built before. Our Flexible Energy Stack consists of the e^pack (battery pack) and e^pump (charging station), which unlock 15-minute rapid charging.

As we expand our presence across Bangalore through dealer-owned and operated experience centres, we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead sales operations, manage dealer relationships, and drive business growth within the region.

Ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies and standards.
Monitor dealer performance and implement improvement plans where needed.

Sales & Target Achievement:
Drive sales volumes, revenue, and profitability targets for the assigned area.
Plan and execute area-level sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales teams to deliver strong results.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure high engagement levels.

Identify and open new market opportunities through dealer network expansion.
Collaborate with marketing teams for local events, promotions, and brand visibility.

Customer Experience:
Qualifications & Experience:
3–8 years of experience in sales and channel management, preferably in the automotive, EV
Proven experience in dealer handling and territory management.
Start- up experience is a bonus
