Title– Executive Secretary to Directors

Experience: 2–4 Years
Bachelor's (Preferred: In Business or Management)
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and welcoming personality Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to our Board of Directors. As the 'face' of the executive office, you must possess impeccable English communication skills and a professional yet warm demeanour.

Calendar Management: Coordinate complex scheduling and calendar management for Directors, ensuring a smooth flow of daily appointments.
Serve as a gatekeeper, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence with high proficiency in English.
Travel & Logistics: Handle end-to-end travel arrangements (domestic and international), including flights, visas, and accommodation.
maintain a highly organized digital and physical filing system.
Greet visitors and high-level stakeholders with a cheerful and welcoming attitude, ensuring a positive first impression of the office.
Expense Management: Proficiency in Clerical Skills including document management, filing, and maintaining organizational records.
Prior experience as an Executive Secretary or Administrative Assistant is preferred
Experience in Company Secretarial Work and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Employment Type: Permanent (Full-time)

  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • CTC Range: ₹3.5LPA – ₹5LPA (Negotiable basis experience and fit)
  • Immediate to 30 days preferred
