Telesales Executive - Full Time

This is a full-time, on-site role, based in Surat, for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will engage with potential and existing clients over the phone, generate new leads, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer support. The role includes promoting products, following up on leads, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaboration with the sales and customer service teams will be essential to ensure excellent client satisfaction and to meet business goals.

Customer Service and Customer Support skills to provide an excellent experience and build positive relationships

Proven ability in Sales and Lead Generation to achieve targets and drive revenue growth

Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple interactions and follow-ups

Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications is a plus

Previous experience in a telesales or customer-facing role is desirable

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
