SAP Testing Consultant

Description :About the Role :We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant to work on SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout programs within manufacturing environments. The role focuses on delivering integrated quality management solutions across production, procurement, warehouse, and maintenance processes.Key Responsibilities :- Participate in end-to-end SAP QM implementations including Blueprinting, Configuration, Testing (UT/SIT/UAT), Go-Live, and Hypercare support- Design and configure SAP QM processes : Quality Planning & Inspection, Incoming, In-Process & Final Inspection, Quality Notifications & CAPA, Audit Management- Configure inspection types, quality info records, certificates, and usage decisions.- Ensure integration with SAP PP, PM, EWM, and FI modules.- Support quality processes across procurement, production, and customer complaint handling.- Conduct business workshops and translate requirements into functional specifications.- Configure quality master data including Inspection Plans, MICs, Sampling Procedures, and Task Lists.- Support data migration, testing cycles, and deployment activities.- Provide post go-live stabilization and continuous improvement support.- Prepare functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials.Required Experience :- Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP QM implementations with rollout exposure.- Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA QM.- Strong integration knowledge with SAP PP, PM, EWM, and FI.- Experience working in manufacturing or engineering-driven environments.- Degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering preferred.- Stable career history with strong functional consulting exposure.Why Join :- Work on enterprise-scale S/4HANA transformation programs.- Exposure to integrated manufacturing and quality operations.- Opportunity to drive end-to-end quality management solutions.
