Senior Technical Assistant

Key Responsibilities: Solution Testing & Verification:
Participate in test planning activities with Solution Architects (Integration, UAT, HAT cases).
Verify JSONs and other solution outputs.
Conduct functional and non-functional testing of solutions.
Act as first-level debugger for the solution team and internal customers.
Automation & Scripting:
Write automated test scripts (Python) for routine processes and robust solution testing.
Build and maintain automation infrastructure for scale and reliability.
Collaboration & Support:
Ramp-up and enable Support teams for solution deployment.
Work with internal teams to make solutions more robust and reliable.
Participate in trial-and-error activities at various stages of client deliveries.
KPI & Dashboards:
~ Design and implement KPI dashboards for solution performance monitoring.

Mindset & Ownership:
Demonstrate ownership, proactiveness, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
Think outside the box to improve solutions and processes.
