Experience - 01 to 03 years
Job Description- 1. Manage and maintain company presence on GeM Portal and other e-procurement portals.
- Upload and update product listings, pricing, and catalog information on GeM and related platforms.
- Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately in coordination with the sales team.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve queries related to quotations, product details, or order status.
- Maintain and update records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-ups in the ERP system
