Description We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Telecallers to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates who are eager to start their careers in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and assisting with their inquiries.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
Assist customers with inquiries, providing information and resolving issues.
Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the database.
Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to help improve service quality.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
