Legal and Compliance Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze electronic and paper documents for relevance, responsiveness, confidentiality, and privilege
Identify key issues, facts, and patterns within documents
Escalate complex or ambiguous documents to senior reviewers
Maintain accuracy and productivity benchmarks set for the project
Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data security, and ethical standards
Use document review platforms and legal databases efficiently
Prepare summaries or issue tags where required
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of legal terminology is helpful but not essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel); knowledge of data processing software is a plus.
Strong experience in document review, legal support, or related analyst roles
Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills
High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Dynamic individual who enjoys taking ownership and doing continuous improvements.
Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams with all levels of the organization.
