We're on a mission to become the world's go-to destination for compelling, short-form narrative content.
We're looking for a high-ownership Project Coordinator to manage a team of AI-driven Concept Artists and ensure daily asset targets are met with quality and consistency — even under pressure. This is a hands-on coordination role for someone who understands AI tools + prompting , has a strong eye for character/costume/location/prop design , and can bring structure to fast-moving workflows. You'll manage shows + asset pipelines , track output daily, identify gaps early, and keep the team aligned, motivated, and moving.
Project + Show Management
Own show-level tracking: scope, asset requirements, priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Identify gaps early (quality gaps / consistency issues / bandwidth shortfalls) and course-correct fast.
AI Workflow + Prompt Operations
Quality + Feedback
• Review assets at ground level and give actionable feedback on:
Support training, onboarding, and performance improvement plans.
Strong project coordination skills: daily follow-ups, tracking, escalation, and delivery ownership.
Asset understanding across character, costume, dress turnaround, location, props .
Midjourney / Nano Banana Pro / Higgsfield / Photoshop (or equivalent workflows)
Google Sheets or any tracking system)
Prior experience coordinating asset teams (games/animation/film/AI content pipelines).
Experience building SOPs, prompt libraries, QC checklists, and training playbooks.
Experience working with distributed teams / freelancers.
Reduced rework due to better prompting + QC.
