Executive Administrator Work From Home (remote)

VirtueStaff is actively seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative support. This role is vital for enhancing business operations and ensuring that leadership can focus on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with stakeholders

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports to ensure clarity and professionalism

Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for executives as needed

Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of executives

Conduct research, gather information, and provide analysis to support various projects

Maintain organized electronic files and records to enhance productivity

Coordinate special projects and follow through on deadlines to ensure successful completion

Provide general administrative support and assist in onboarding new team members

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and in writing

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management software

Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time well in a fast-paced environment

High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Experience in processing expense reports and budget management is a plus
