It's My Thing is a Made-in-India smart-QR brand that helps people and businesses protect and recover their belongings with a single scan. We sell co-branded QR luggage tags, car & bike stickers and keychains to businesses (hotels, PGs, travel, real estate, corporate gifting vendors) and directly to consumers. We're growing fast and looking for energetic telesales executives to drive our outreach. As a telesales executive, you'll be the first voice of the brand- calling leads, explaining our products, and converting interest into orders and partnerships. You'll handle both B2B leads (businesses and resellers) and D2C enquiries, working from provided lead lists and inbound queries.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to prospective business and individual customers from provided leads and databases.
2. Handle inbound enquiries from ads, website, WhatsApp and social media.
3. Clearly explain our products, features, pricing and offers to prospects.
4. Understand customer needs and pitch the right product or partner plan.
5. Follow up consistently on leads via calls, WhatsApp and email to close sales.
6. Share brochures, decks and samples, and coordinate with the sales team for demos.
7. Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and orders in the CRM or sheet.
8. Meet daily/weekly call and monthly sales targets.
9. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.

Other requirements
A. Requirements:

1. 0–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
2. Good spoken Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus.
3. Confident, persuasive phone manner and a positive attitude.
4. Basic computer skills- WhatsApp, email, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM.
5. Target-driven, self-motivated and a good listener.
6. Comfortable making a high volume of calls daily.

B. Good to have:

1. Experience selling to businesses (B2B) or in a product or D2C company.
2. Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
