Recruitment Administrator - Human Resources

Description We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team in India. Responsibilities
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate data.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and feedback.
Organize and participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
Prepare recruitment reports and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
