About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Confirm COD orders via WhatsApp or phone and ensure accurate address verification.
2. Track shipments daily, follow up with courier partners, and reduce RTO (Return to Origin) rates through proactive communication.
3. Respond to customer queries, feedback, and complaints through WhatsApp, calls, and email.
4. Manage replacements or refunds with empathy and clarity.
5. Maintain a daily report of confirmed orders, RTO reasons, and resolved cases in Google Sheets.
6. Collect customer reviews and testimonials post-delivery to improve brand trust. Skill(s) required
