Manual Worker

We are seeking experienced Qualified Manual Workers to join our teams across Austria.

Age: up to 48 years

Working hours: 38.5 per week

Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 gross/year

Requirements: German B2, driving license B

Flexibility: Yes (shift work, weekends, public holidays)

Responsibilities:

• Perform standardized mechanical and technical tasks according to specifications
• Support operational and administrative activities in assigned areas
• Work in safety‑relevant zones, following strict compliance rules
• Guide and instruct semi‑skilled or unskilled workers
• Ensure teamwork, safety, and efficiency in daily operations

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:

• Compulsory school leaving certificate or relevant professional experience
• Extended specialized training
• Several years of professional experience in the field
• Certificate of equal treatment (for training completed outside Austria)
• German language proficiency till B2 level
• Valid driving license B (preferred)
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, weekends, and outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and flexibility
