Senior Recruitment Consultant - Education Recruitment

Responsible for the recruitment & Teaching & Non-Teaching staff in the education domain.

Create a talent pool of candidate & maintain effective professional rapport with the candidates.

Experience with (phone, in-person & online) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.

Coordinate with the interview experts for the further evaluation process (Subject Matter expertise).

Update current and design new recruiting process in the Education Domain

Keep track of recruiting metrics.

Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)

Research and choose job advertising options

Participate in job fairs and career events

Build the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners. Requirements

Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.

Establishing and maintaining meaningful, long-lasting professional relationships.

Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.

Strong decision-making skills
