Key Responsibilities
Identify and target new business opportunities in existing and emerging markets.

Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, and agreements.

Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Monitor and report on market developments and emerging trends.
Attend industry conferences and networking events to build relationships.
Utilize CRM systems to track interactions and manage leads.
Conduct sales training and coaching for team members as necessary.
Work with marketing to create campaigns that promote new services.
Engage with existing customers to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Provide regular feedback to management regarding competitive positioning.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
Strong understanding of CRM software and sales techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in B2B sales; knowledge of relevant industries is a plus.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and networking.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Familiarity with digital marketing strategies is advantageous.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
