Architect - Design lead
Specialized in Restaurant & Salon Design
Experience: 5+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Architect with a strong background in designing for restaurants, food franchises, and Salon spaces. The ideal candidate should have expertise in space planning, technical drawings, material selection, and project co-ordination to bring high-profile projects to life.
Prepare detailed drawings, including layout plans, civil layouts, floor plans, ceiling details, flooring details, plumbing layouts, electrical layouts, elevations, and furniture details.
- Develop space plans and mood boards aligned with brand aesthetics and functionality.
- Project Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with the Brand Team, Design Cell, Execution Team, and Vendors to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Oversee high-value, high-profile projects from concept to completion.
- Adhere to the consultation process, ensuring timely follow-ups and project reporting.
Present and sell design concepts to clients and investors while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and other relevant design software.
Strong aesthetic and space planning skills.
Ability to convey ideas via sketches, storylines, and mood boards.
Willingness to travel as per project requirements
