Sr. Software QA Engineer

As a key member of the Product QA division, you will ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our SaaS applications by designing and executing performance tests, analyzing results, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
Design and implement performance testing strategies tailored for SaaS environments.
Monitor application performance using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or Dynatrace.
Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development and operations teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate performance considerations into the development lifecycle.
Multi-task across products/projects while delivering on time.
Act as a process gatekeeper to ensure QA standards are maintained and deviations are highlighted.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA engineers.
B.E/B.Tech in any relevant field.
- 4–7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with SaaS or cloud-based applications.
- Experience with REST API automation and API/Microservices testing, including contract testing.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
- Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology.
Certifications such as CSTE, CSQA, or ISTQB (CT-PT).
Hands-on experience with UI automation.
Experience with monitoring and analytics tools such as Splunk, Snowflake, Grafana, Prometheus, New Relic, or Dynatrace.
Experience leveraging AI for test case generation or AI-driven testing.
Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
