ProArch is seeking a Technical Lead – Software Development to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft and web technologies, as well as proven leadership experience in managing technical teams. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding project execution, ensuring code quality, driving innovation, and mentoring engineers to achieve project and organizational goals.
Lead end-to-end technical design, development, and delivery of software solutions using C# and .NET.

• Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging WinForms, Windows and Web Services, and Angular.
• Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases using PLSQL, SQL, and NoSQL technologies.
• Guide the adoption and implementation of Azure Functions and cloud-native architectures.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams across multiple projects.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practices, performance, and security standards are met.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize system performance, and ensure scalability.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies and introduce innovative practices to enhance project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time with high quality and within defined scope

• 7–10 years of professional experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, .NET, WinForms, Windows and Web Services, Angular, and PLSQL .
• Strong experience in SQL and NoSQL database design and development.
• Knowledge of Azure Functions and cloud-based solution design.
• Proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
• Experience with healthcare domain applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise-level project management.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery models.
