Executive Assistant to The Director of Academic

Job Description
Acting as a first point of contact for callers, dealing with emails and phone calls by responding, passing on messages or highlighting them for their managers attention
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
Organizing events and conferences
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Collating and filing expenses
Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly managers meetings and other executive meetings
Miscellaneous tasks to support their manager, which will vary according to the sector and to the managers remit or conducting research.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelors Degree is mandatory
Candidate should be good in letter drafting, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Candidate should be good in academics.
Must be good in interpersonal and communication skills.
Male/Female candidates only.
