Business Analyst - Development Opportunity
Peepal Consulting
As our Business Development Analyst, you will be the problem-solver and strategist supporting Peepal's growth engine. This role is perfect if you have strong analytical skills, enjoy working with data, and can turn numbers into actionable business insights. Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze business, client, and market data using Advanced Excel, Power BI, and SQL or Tableau to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Business Problem-Solving: Work with leadership and BD managers to identify core issues , analyze data , and contribute to effective, data-backed solutions .
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and custom reports in Power BI to track KPIs, account performance, and pipeline metrics.
Process Improvement & Data Quality: Assist in creating and improving processes to ensure clean, reliable, and well-structured data for analysis.
Provide analytical support for go-to-market plans , client growth strategies , and business development initiatives .
Build a strong understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry through training, project exposure, and active learning.
Advanced Excel: Strong skills in formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data cleaning, and automation techniques.
Power BI : Good understanding of creating visual reports, dashboards, and using DAX for calculations.
SQL or Tableau: Working knowledge of either SQL (for data querying) or Tableau (for data visualization and reporting).
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Hands-on Learning: Gain real-world experience in turning data into impactful business strategies.
