Job Overview We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in a fully remote setting. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks while working independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to management and team members
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle email correspondence and respond to inquiries professionally
Prepare, organize, and maintain digital documents and records
Assist with data entry, reports, and basic documentation
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
Support basic finance or HR-related admin tasks (e.g., invoices, timesheets, onboarding support), if required
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Comfortable using project management and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello, Asana)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working in a remote or virtual team
Basic bookkeeping, HR, or CRM experience
Familiarity with cloud-based tools and digital filing systems
