Job description Job Description (Web Development & UI Develope r with Web Optimization) We are seeking a talented individual who excels in designing, developing, and optimizing user-friendly, visually engaging web products. You will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to craft exceptional web experiences. Your primary focus will be on web product design, ensuring intuitive layouts, responsive interfaces, and seamless user interactions across multiple platforms. We expect you to have a deep understanding of how users engage with web technologies, a strong adaptability to evolving trends, and a comprehensive design toolkit.
Responsibilities
Design and develop visually appealing and user-centric web pages.
Create responsive designs and layouts with a strong attention to detail and pixel-perfect execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into intuitive web interfaces.
Produce high-quality designs from concept to production, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Rapidly iterate and deliver multiple web pages and layouts in a fast-paced environment.
Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and SEO, ensuring smooth loading times and enhanced user experience across all devices.
Implement best practices for web optimization, including image compression, efficient code, and minimized requests.
Requirements
Proven experience as a UI-Developer or in a similar web developer role.
At least 2 years of experience designing, developing, and optimizing web products.
Strong knowledge of web design technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind (Bootstrap).
Familiarity with React.js for building dynamic web pages.
Solid graphic design skills with a strong understanding of typography, layouts, and color schemes.
Experience with web optimization techniques such as image compression, caching, lazy loading, and performance testing.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
