We are seeking a Site Engineer/Site Supervisor to join our team at Kaushal Interiors Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad or Bangalore. This is a full-time junior-level position requiring 1 to 3 years of experience. The role involves supervising interior projects ensuring they meet our high standards and adhere to specified timelines.

Proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed design and drafting work to ensure accurate rendering of interior layouts.
Experience with Microsoft Project for effective project planning scheduling and resource management in interior design projects.
Competency in Revit to create three-dimensional models for visualization and analysis of design plans.
Knowledge of Structural Analysis to assess the feasibility and design integrity of interior constructions.
Understanding of BIM (Building Information Modeling) tools for integrating various aspects of a construction projects lifecycle.
Familiarity with Safety Management Systems to ensure compliance with safety standards and practices on all project sites.
Expertise in Surveying Technology to accurately assess and document site conditions and measurements for planning purposes.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members clients and contractors ensuring project alignment and success.

Oversee the day-to-day operations on construction sites ensuring all activities align with project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with architects designers and subcontractors to facilitate project progression and solve on-site issues promptly.
Supervise installation and construction activities to ensure adherence to specifications quality and budget requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety standards and report any deviations or conflicts.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including progress reports and quality assurance checklists.
Assist in the procurement of materials and resources ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery for project needs.
Liaise with clients for project updates feedback and to ensure that their vision is represented throughout the stages.
Manage and train site staff empowering them with the necessary tools and techniques to enhance project efficiency.
