Service Engineer (Medical)

Accountable for confidently addressing the daily service repair requirements of medical device equipment while upholding the highest quality standards. Effectively optimize resource utilization in the Service Centre, all with a strong commitment to achieving customer service excellence.

Inspect and repair the assigned Service Calls within given timelines

• Perform Testing of Demo / Standby Equipment on the assigned days and ensure their upkeep
• Generate estimates and inspection reports for assigned service calls.
• Analyze the requirements for the service center and take care of assigned tools and assets
• To timely update the call stage in the SAP and /or web portal and escalate calls/ issues to the supervisors
• Monitor and assist local procurement

# Training & Development

· Impart hands-on training to the Trainees
# Implement Empathy, Drive, Communication competencies and fair understanding and exhibition of Self / Brand Image

• Inventory Management
• Provide feedback for the inventory management of spares based on the consumption rate
• Update the back-office team on the requirement for new spares
• Inform the field and back office teams for any delay in repairs due to the unavailability of required spares

·Implementation of company-defined processes and systems required to deliver high-quality, consistent Customer Service Support.

# Innovation and Analysis

·Implement innovative methodologies and models to meet Customer Service objectives while managing the operating costs.
