Executive Development Manager - Learning and Development

Air India is looking for a dynamic professional to shape and execute our leadership and professional development strategy. This role is pivotal in building a high-performance, people-centric culture and enabling employees to enhance their skills for current and future roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement leadership development programs aligned with business priorities
Drive capability-building initiatives for high potentials, critical role successors, and women leaders
Foster a learning culture through innovative interventions like coaching, mentoring, and digital learning tools
Collaborate with senior leaders and HR teams to identify gaps and co-create impactful solutions
What We're Looking For:
- 12–15 years of experience in leadership development and capability building
- Strong expertise in learning design, facilitation, and digital learning tools
- Strategic mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a premier institution
