Associate, Accounts Receivable

Description

Process Associate in Accounts Payable team is where the team member would be responsible for processing invoices and responding to email queries. He/she would be required to have excellent accounting knowledge, proficient in system and basic knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities As Below

Processing of invoices as per allocation and meet daily SLAIdentify operational issues and notify the Manager.Actively involving in Process discussions and providing ideas to address issuesGood knowledge in Systems, Microsoft tools such as Excel, Word and Power PointSupport in reporting activitiesUpdate Desktop Operating Procedures(DOP) as and when required as per changes advised by ManagerInteraction across teams for issue discussions and knowledge sharing.Invoicing errors to be maintained at minimal.

Technical

Good Accounting knowledgeKnowledge of SAP, VBA, Excel Advanced, Power BI

Qualifications

Minimum 1- 2 yrs Experienced with Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Administration or Management, Master in Commerce, Master in Business Administration.
