Recruitment Administrator - Human Resources
Rs 5 - 8 lakhs p.a.V2 Retail
Job Responsibilities:
Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing to joining
Must have experience in bulk and mass hiring (especially frontline staff)
Search candidates through job portals, references, and social media
Schedule and coordinate interviews with managers
Work with different departments to understand their hiring needs
Maintain records and prepare daily recruitment reports (Excel knowledge is a must)
Follow up with selected candidates until they join
What We re Looking For:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Good knowledge of retail industry hiring
Experience in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Must be good at Excel and reporting
Able to handle multiple job openings at the same time
Positive attitude and team player
