Supervisor (1 year relevant experience required)
Description We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Legal Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing legal compliance, managing contracts, and providing legal support to various departments within the organization. The role requires a strong understanding of legal principles and excellent communication skills to ensure the organization's operations align with applicable laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Oversee and manage legal compliance across various business operations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
Assist in the preparation of legal documents and case files.
Provide legal advice and support to different departments within the organization.
Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
Conduct legal research and analysis on various issues.
Liaise with external legal counsel as necessary.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in a legal role, preferably in corporate law or compliance.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
