Assistant Site Manager - Healthcare

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Madurai. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team members, and ensure targets are met while maintaining high quality and compliance standards. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating team efforts, ensuring efficient resource utilization, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying areas for improvement to improve productivity and customer satisfaction. Leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and supervising a team.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance practices, compliance standards, and operational protocols, preferably within the healthcare or manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making to drive strategic business goals.
Experience with industry regulations, including knowledge of US FDA, EU GMP, or WHO GMP norms, is highly desirable.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field;
