Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer & Creator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for real estate and content creation, with a focus on crafting compelling articles, blog posts, social media content, website copy, and other marketing materials to help enhance the brand presence of Vida Bricks.
Content Creation:
Write clear, engaging, and informative content for the website, blogs, social media platforms, property listings, and other marketing materials.
Develop content for real estate market trends, property guides, tips for buyers, sellers, and more.
Monitor and report on website traffic and content performance.
Market Research:
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the real estate industry and incorporate these insights into content.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for content innovation
Work closely with the marketing team, and sales department to create content that aligns with business
Assist in developing a content strategy that supports lead generation and customer engagement.
Provide regular reports on content performance and suggest improvements.
Proven experience as a content writer or creator, preferably within the real estate industry.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Experience in creating content for blogs, websites, and marketing materials.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress and social media platforms.
Strong communication skills and a creative mindset.
Experience with multimedia content creation (e.g., video production, graphic design).
