We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven recruiter to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's staffing needs. This position is only for recruitment, and no operations work will be there.
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance
Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes Skill(s) required
Recruitment
have minimum 1 years of experience
Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
Experience in bulk hiring
Experience hiring in the digital marketing industry
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, etc
