Job Summary

The Technical Product Manager plays a critical role at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience. This role manages multiple priorities, translates technical insights into strategic actions, and leads cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products. The role owns one major product area or multiple smaller areas, driving execution from strategy through delivery.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Relationship Management

Build and nurture relationships with business partners, stakeholders, and customers through networking and teamwork.

Leverage cross-functional relationships to achieve better outcomes for both the consumer and the business.

Proactively identify complex business or client issues, analyze trends, and recommend data-driven actions.

Initiatives Management

• Take full product management responsibility for one large product area (
• 10 engineers) or two smaller teams (6–8 engineers).
• Set clear goals, standards, and protocols while managing resources effectively.
• Facilitate goal-setting and implementation in a fast-paced, growing company.
• Prioritize effectively, meet deadlines consistently, and propose process improvements.
• Contribute innovative ideas for problem-solving and product enhancements.

Balance cost-benefit considerations when scoping MVPs versus full-feature implementations.

Identify and address issues requiring resolution.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role or function

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, Finance, or

Healthcare

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing agile product teams and collaborating with engineers and designers

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
