• Conduct practical and laboratory sessions effectively.
• Engage in research activities and publish in reputed journals.
• Guide and mentor students in academic and research projects.
• Participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and academic audits.
• Contribute to departmental and university committees and academic initiatives.
• Support student development through academic advising and career guidance.

Assistant Professor:

• M.Pharm in relevant specialization with first class or equivalent.
• D. preferred / as per regulatory requirements.
• Teaching or industry experience is desirable.

Associate Professor:

• Minimum experience as per PCI / UGC norms.
• Research publications in indexed journals.

Professor:

• Significant teaching and research experience as per regulatory guidelines.
• Proven research and academic leadership record.

Strong subject knowledge in respective pharmacy specialization.

• Research orientation and publication record.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
• Commitment to student-centered teaching and academic excellence.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience as per University norms.
