Design/UX Designer
Description We are seeking a highly experienced UX Designer with 15-20 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of UX design principles, research techniques, and user-centered design methodologies.
Lead the UX design process, from conceptualization to final product delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and solve complex design problems
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate design solutions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions
Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 15-20 years of experience in UX design, with a proven track record of delivering successful design solutions
- Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Axure
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, including design thinking and agile development
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing, including moderating user testing sessions
- Experience in designing for various platforms, including web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Experience leading and mentoring other designers on the team
