Relationship Manager - Bank
Ageas Federal Insurance CTC :upto 4lpa
Onboard, manage, and support bank partners for insurance sales.
Conduct field visits and meet bank staff to drive sales.
Achieve sales targets through bancassurance and direct field efforts.
Provide training and guidance to bank relationship teams.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams for campaigns and promotions.
Track, analyze, and report sales performance and channel metrics.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1+ years in bancassurance, channel sales, or field sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
