Relations Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain good relationships with customers
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Answer questions and resolve any issues quickly
Suggest products or services that fit the client's goals
Meet sales or service targets set by the company
Keep client information updated and well-documented
Work with different teams to ensure good service
Requirements:
Experience in customer service, sales, or relationship management
Strong communication and listening skills
Ability to solve problems and handle pressure
Basic understanding of the industry and products
Bachelor's degree (preferred but not always required)
