Colan Infotech is a fast-growing CMMI Level 3 digital transformation and technology services company delivering innovative solutions across AI, Cloud, Mobility, Web Applications, DevOps, and Product Engineering. We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist Deep Learning with 5 years of hands-on experience in building, optimizing, and deploying AI models. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in neural networks, machine learning algorithms, and large-scale data processing. This role requires ownership of end-to-end model development, from research and experimentation to production deployment.
Build scalable AI solutions for real-world business problems
Develop data pipelines for training and inference workflows
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical analysis
Ensure data quality, validation, and governanceDeployment & MLOps
Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Monitor model performance and retrain models when necessary
Collaborate with DevOps teams for scalable deploymentAI Frameworks & Technologies
Strong hands-on experience with Python
Experience with Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Translate business problems into data science solutions
Mentor junior data scientists and review code/models
Present insights and model results to technical and non-technical audiences
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Experience in model deployment and MLOps practices
Experience handling large-scale datasets
Ownership mindset with ability to drive projects independently
Passion for AI and continuous learning
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
Experience in Computer Vision, NLP, Recommendation Systems, or Generative AI
Exposure to Big Data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
Experience leading AI initiatives or mentoring teams Earn certifications in these skills
+ have minimum 5 years of experience
