Associate Data Engineer
We are seeking an experienced Associate Infrastructure Automation Engineer with a strong focus on Ansible to join our dynamic DevOps team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of automation, configuration management, and infrastructure-as-code principles. You will work closely with developers and system administrators to automate repetitive IT tasks, improve deployment pipelines, and create innovative self-service solutions for our global workforce. Automation & Configuration Management: You will be responsible for automating repetitive IT tasks by designing, implementing, and maintaining Ansible playbooks , roles, and inventories. DevOps & Orchestration: Facilitate continuous integration and deployment ( CI/CD ) and coordinate multiple automated tasks across systems. Cloud Infrastructure & Optimization: Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform automation across various platforms ( AWS, Azure, GCP ). You will continuously improve automation workflows to enhance speed, quality, and reliability.
As part of a scaled Agile product delivery team, you will collaborate with product owners, developers, and testers to understand, estimate, and implement solutions. You will also participate in problem analysis, code reviews, and system design, while providing support to users for any issues within the product team's responsibilities.
A Bachelor's degree with 0-3 years of experience or a Diploma with 4-7 years of experience in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Deep, hands-on experience with Ansible , including playbooks, roles, and modules.
Proven experience as an Ansible Engineer or in a similar automation role.
Scripting skills in Python or Bash .
Proficiency in Terraform and CloudFormation for AWS infrastructure automation.
Experience with Linux administration and CI/CD tools ( GitHub Actions, CodePipeline ).
Experience working in an Agile environment ( SAFe, Scrum, Kanban ).
Red Hat or AWS certifications are highly desirable.
Adaptability: The ability to work in a fast-paced, cloud-first environment, and a passion for staying current on new technology and innovation.
