HR Manager: We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function across multiple jurisdictions. This role will oversee everything from talent acquisition and employee engagement to performance management, compliance, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring smooth end-to-end HR operations
Drive talent strategy, recruitment, and onboarding across departments
Manage performance reviews, compensation, and employee development
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and employment practices across GCC hubs (DIFC, ADGM, DMCC, RAKICC, QFC)
Build a strong, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture
Who We're Looking For:
Proven HR leadership in fast-paced or evolving environments
Solid understanding of cross-border HR practices
Strong communication, problem-solving, and people skills
Comfortable using HR systems and data to drive decisions
