We are looking for a Senior Java Developer cum Senior Support Engineer with strong expertise in Java, microservices, and production support. The role requires hands-on technical development along with L2/L3 support responsibilities, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and high-quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities:
Lead development, production support, and maintenance activities for enterprise applications.
Guide team members on technical tasks and review technical documents and artifacts.
Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, and closure of assigned projects.
Prepare functional and technical specification documents.
Track, allocate, and monitor open tickets/incidents to ensure closure within defined SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
Provide application production support as per RACI matrices.
Act as the primary customer interface, resolving issues proactively before escalation.
Ensure adherence to software quality processes and project timelines.
Lead deployment activities and support clustered application architectures.
Promote teamwork, mentor junior team members, and support their professional development.
Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes (faster, better, cost-effective outcomes).
Complete timesheets, invoicing, and reporting tasks within deadlines.
