HR Admin ( Recruitment)

The Human Resources Assistant is a full-time on-site role located in the Mohali CP67. In this role, you will provide support across a variety of HR functions, including handling employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with company policies, and using HRIS systems to manage data. You will assist in employee training and development programs and play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department. This position involves close collaboration with team members to ensure that HR practices align with organizational goals.

Experience or knowledge in Human Resources (HR) functions and HR Management
Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and related tools
Experience with Benefits Administration and understanding of compliance regulations
Strong organizational skills with experience in Training and employee onboarding processes
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role is an asset but not mandatory
