Business Development Executive (CRM Sales)
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
Develop and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase services and solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of projects and initiatives.
Prepare and manage proposals and contracts with clients.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business strategy.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
- Ability to analyze market data and derive insights.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
